Founder President V. Manikandan was traveling in a hurry as usual in the morning. He saw a differently abled person named Madhesh asking lift from the vehicles, crossing on T.T.K. Road. No one accompanied him. On noticing this, Manikandan applied brake and accompanied him and started to drop at his place Park Sheraton 5 Star Hotel. On reaching the place, Manikandan asked to tell exact place to drop.

Madhesh told the following. He is living his life as an auto driver although Differently Abled. Covid-19 spoiled his business. He planned to face the life by running a fruit shop. To establish it, he had come to Chennai to seek help from Film Actor. When he got down at Perungalathur bus stand his button cell phone and money were theft by someone even he was awake. While he brought to police's knowledge, they advised him it wont be so.

Somehow, reached T.T.K. Road. So, he was taken to Boat Club to meet an Actor.

The effort failed as he was told Actor was not in station & given just Rs. 200 to return to his native.

Madhesh called Kakkai Trust over phone as Manikandan insisted to inform if he got or didn't get help. Madhesh says he won't beg or commit suicide. Somehow, he will live.

His confidence made Kakkai to establish a Fruit Shop on the 30th Oct. 2020 @ Tharasuram, Kumbakonam for the worth of Rs.25000. A new weighing machine, fruits, Dress were presented to him to lead his life of his own.

His mom shared with us that Being Differently Abled person, even well off relatives maintained distance to avoid our appeal to get help. Known persons too didn't care.
